Charter of Distinction

Edition 1.2

Article I - Identity


This Charter is to establish and define the Association formed out of global want for men without malice, strength without compromise within

Servant-based leadership, compelled by excellent vision.


The name of this association shall be:

“League of Man”


We declare that our values, which will be lent upon for corporate growth and exemplar testament, shall be defined as:

Integrity, or intense capacity for rigidity of character despite opposing pressures from culture, self, our unconsecrated enemy, or lack of motivation, Humility, or an accurate view of our finite limitations as created image-bearers of our Christ, Jesus of Nazareth. Courage, or the ultimate desire to love beyond all circumstance, regardless of consequence for the execution of justice, mercy, and godliness of our character. Love, or sacrificial placement of others above ourselves by service towards a holy end, and the furtherance of the Gospel through the conduit of our testimony. And Rest, or simple acknowledgment of living within a realm that is plagued by evil while existing within the joy of our salvation despite our condition, in forward the hope of a peaceful union with our Maker.

Article II - purpose and objectives

The primary purpose of the League is to foster a community of individuals who share a common interest in accelerated individual growth in every manner and who meet predefined criteria for inclusion. The League aims to provide a platform for members to engage in meaningful discussions, the founding of relations, collaboration, accountability, and the exchange of expertise respective to their experience. The League shall strive to maintain an exclusive and distinguished membership, ensuring that its members possess a high level of discipline, humility, courage, commitment, and contribution.

Article III - Membership Criteria

Memberships within the League of Man are distinctly active, inactive, or suspended. Active Membership is both the primary and default means of membership and should be the goal of all current and potential members. Active members can voluntarily deactivate their membership status by written request thirty days before the status change, removing fee liability and official league access until they return to the league through presence or payment. Memberships with any pending dues are ineligible for voluntary deactivation.

Membership of the League is by invitation only and is offered to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional class, mindfulness, humility, and dedication in their journey towards excellent Manhood. Potential members must be nominated by existing members and approved by the Association's Executive Committee based on their qualifications and potential contribution to the League.


Potential members are ineligible for nomination

until they have visited three consecutive standard meetings.

Article IV - Executive Committee

The League shall have an Executive Committee consisting of five seats, including a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Chaplain, and Treasurer.

Each placement upon the Executive Committee shall be set by appointment resulting from a majority vote arising out of nomination. The Executive Committee shall oversee the management and operation of the League, including membership approval, event organization, and strategic decision-making.


Article V - Meetings and Events


The League shall conduct regular meetings, seminars, workshops, and events to facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration among its members. Events may be in-person or virtual, based on the preferences and availability of the members. Guests of members must be announced by a current and present member, one meeting prior to visitation. Special sessions may be called by a two-thirds majority vote to discuss private matters of discipline, Committee placement, or financial opportunity. During these sessions, all non-League members must be removed from the meeting. If a Special Session meeting is scheduled ahead of time, visitors and guests will not be eligible for attendance.


Article VI - Code of Conduct


All members of the League shall adhere to a high standard of professional conduct, respecting the opinions, ideas, and privacy of fellow members.

Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or any conduct detrimental to the Association's reputation shall not be tolerated at any time.

All members and guests of the League commit to a closed disclosure policy and will not share any details, no matter how trivial, to non-membered individuals or agencies. Attire that is mindful and situationally appropriate is required by all members. Minimal standard meeting attire shall consist of a collared shirt, slacks, and closed-toed shoes.


Failure to comply with the code of conduct can result in membership termination should a two-thirds majority vote be obtained within a special session. If any active member has four consecutive unexcused absences or fails to remit membership dues for two months in a row, his status will be suspended automatically. Memberships suspended due to unexcused absences or nonpayment of dues will expire after thirty days if neither balance nor attendance is resolved. To return the the League of Man, previous members must reapply utilizing the application process detailed in Article III - membership criteria.


Article VII - Membership Dues


Members may be required to pay annual membership dues, the amount of which shall be determined by the Executive Committee. Dues shall be used to cover the costs of organizing events, maintaining the league's resources, and supporting its activities. Any money under the League of Man’s possession will be under the control of the Treasurer. To maintain transparency and democracy, the Treasurer must issue a balance sheet and a profit and loss statement quarterly; furthermore, in order to use funds for any manner or dollar amount over One Hundred Dollars, the Treasurer must propose the intended use to the group and receive a two-thirds majority vote at least one week prior to the disbursement. If the treasurer uses an amount of money over One Hundred Dollars, without a two-thirds majority vote,

It is cause for immediate removal from his position.


Article VIII - Amendments


This Charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the League’s membership.

Proposed amendments shall be submitted in writing and distributed to all members at least thirty days prior to the vote.


Article IX - Dissolution


In the event of dissolution, any remaining assets shall be distributed to a Charity or organization with a similar purpose, as determined by the Executive Committee.


Article X - Effectivity


This Charter shall take effect upon approval by the founding members of the Association.
